This project was commissioned by the statutory body NCIC (National Cohesion and Integration Commission) to prepare for their move to new office space in Britam Tower, UpperHill Nairobi. The client brief was precise in terms of all spaces that would be required to fit in the new space. Various offices, both open-plan and closed off, boardrooms and other specific areas were to be integrated into the design and our role was to do the initial planning and organization.
Varoius meetings and presentations were held with the client as the brief changed over time and the final design was approved. Spire handled issuance of architectural drawings up to scheme design and basic construction drawings as per the contract agreed between both parties. The project, which started in November 2020, is currently ongoing.
